Fair Usage Policy

At Capshare, we're dedicated to making it effortless to share life's most precious moments. To ensure we run our services smoothly for all our clients, you must comply with the following "Fair Usage" policies:

1. Content Responsibility

It's your responsibility to make sure every media uploaded to your digital wall/shared album is safe, appropriate, and aligned with any law and commercial trademarks.

2. Service Purpose

Capshare's sole reason is to store your photos and videos made by events running on Capshare. By no means, Capshare is intended to be used as an all-purpose cloud drive (like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

3. Fair Usage Limits

Our "Standard Plan" is subject to a fair usage policy limited up to 10,000 media uploads per event. For most cases, that would be more than enough to manage a very large event. If you need more than that, please contact us so we adjust the limits.

4. Policy Enforcement

Capshare's team is eligible to adjust, delete or block any event or client that violates this policy without prior notice.
