By providing User Content to Capshare, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capshare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall Capshare's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the greater of the total amount paid by you to Capshare for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
